MAKING YOUR PURCHASE:

When you make your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email from both BigCartel (our online shop) and also PayPal (our online processing gateway). 


DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

NO. Credit & Debit Cards are also accepted through the Guest Checkout.


WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE IN THE MAIL?

NO. Your online receipt is proof or purchase. You can print either of these receipts and bring it with you to enter the party. 


DO I NEED TO BRING THE RECEIPT?

NO. We also maintain a full list of online purchases at the reception to the event. You can just tell us your name on arrival and we'll cross-reference. 

Some people feel more comfortable though bringing their receipt. It's up to you. It's not necessary to print out / bring your hard-copy receipt unless you want to.


REFUND POLICY:

We don't offer refunds on unused tickets or on tickets for events which you are unable to attend. 

Under some circumstances, we may provide you a credit. This is solely at our discretion. Our Refund Policy also extends to third party ticket outlets.
